1. Once a charecter has been claimed no one else can claim that character unless that charecter opens up again
-This can happen from switches or a member being inactive

2. Switching to a different character is permitted under these guidlines
-You have had the character you want to swap out for at least 1 month (this is one month from when you get confirmation you have claimed the character)
-The new character you wish to claim is still open

3. No trading of characters is allowed

4. If you are inactive for 3 months or more you forefit the charecter(s) you have claimed (You will retain them however as long as someone else doesn't steal them away)

5. Each character should get a 300x60 banner made for the claim. Each member is responsible for obtaining the banner whether that means you make it yourself or request one in the General Graphics area.

From the looks of it, I think the forum has a spam bot problem. From the looks of it, they collect posts from random forums, and then repost them along with links to their sponsers. I've actually never seen that type before, most just post tons of ads or a bit of random info. Actually copying from a forum is new to me.
